                      out of 9 candidates. Do you agree or disagree with his quote? Would you 
                      ever vote on a candidate based on their appearance?


Are you sure to be able to evaluate the right person?
Tattoos could be a metaphor of "well dressed", "nice look", "young", "rich", "winning appearance"... and so on.
Are you sure to be able to recognize who has the right skills and attitudes?
And are you sure that right skills and attitudes are in the people that you normally identify as "owner of them"?
Are you not tired of the "real clowns"?
